By purchasing or using any product from Oasis Smoke Shop, whether online or in-store, you acknowledge and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

These products are not intended for non-smokers. Do not use these products if you do not currently smoke tobacco or vape. Do not allow others to use your device at any time. You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction to purchase or use these products.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & ACCEPTANCE OF LIABILITY

By purchasing, receiving, or using any product(s) from Oasis Smoke Shop, you agree to assume full responsibility for the use of said product(s). All products, including but not limited to e-liquids, vaping devices, batteries, and accessories, are purchased and consumed entirely at your own risk, including all foreseen and unforeseen risks associated therewith.

By purchasing or using any products from Oasis Smoke Shop, or by relying on any information provided by Oasis Smoke Shop employees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all warnings, disclaimers, and responsibilities contained herein, and you accept all associated liabilities.

BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK. In no event shall Oasis Smoke Shop, its members, managers, officers, agents, affiliates, or employees be held responsible or liable for any adversity, loss, damage, injury, or death caused directly or indirectly by the purchase, possession, or use of any products sold by Oasis Smoke Shop.

3. HEALTH & NICOTINE WARNINGS

Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. Products containing nicotine can be addictive, harmful, and potentially fatal if misused. Nicotine is quickly absorbed through skin contact and can cause serious health consequences, including death. Keep all nicotine-containing products away from skin, eyes, mouth, and any other area of the body.

You should not use these products if you have any underlying medical conditions that may be aggravated or exacerbated by nicotine or the components of vaping products. Use of these products may result in the following side effects, which are not exhaustive: irregular heartbeat, changes in blood pressure, inflammation of blood vessels, chest pain, depression, shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, dry mouth, throat irritation, rash, swelling, nosebleed, diarrhea, and headache.

Consult your physician or pharmacist prior to use to avoid serious complications. Do not use these products in conjunction with illicit drugs, alcohol, energy drinks, herbal supplements, nutritional supplements, or nutraceutical products. Nicotine may interact with certain pharmaceutical drugs.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your physician before using any product. These products are not intended as smoking cessation devices unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.

WARNING — DANGER

The ingredients of e-liquid and the component parts of vaping devices contain and may produce hazardous chemicals, metals, toxins, and nanoparticles that have been associated with permanent lung injury and disease, including bronchiolitis obliterans. Exposure to the aerosol produced by these devices can trigger, aggravate, and exacerbate various adverse health effects, including but not limited to: cancer, carcinoma, addiction, birth defects, heart disease, arteriosclerosis, liver and kidney disease, and other abnormal conditions, disorders, symptoms, and illnesses of the human body.

4. E-LIQUID PRODUCT WARNINGS

The e-liquids sold by Oasis Smoke Shop have not been tested, evaluated, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any ailment, illness, or disease. Please consult a healthcare professional for any questions or advice relating to the purchase or usage of e-liquids prior to purchase.

SAFE HANDLING OF E-LIQUIDS

  • ✕Do not drink e-liquid under any circumstances.
  • ✕Do not puncture cartridges or attempt to modify accessories.
  • ✕Do not allow others to use your device.
  • ✓Keep all e-liquids away from children and pets at all times.
  • ✓Vape outdoors and away from the vicinity of other people and pets.

ALLERGEN & INGREDIENT NOTICE

E-liquid flavorings may contain trace amounts of nuts, gluten, sugar, diacetyl, or other sweeteners. Flavorings may also contain artificial colors, artificial flavors, and artificial sweeteners. Individuals with certain sensitivities or allergies should exercise caution and review all ingredient information prior to use.

In the event of contact with nicotine or e-liquid on the skin, wash the affected area with soap and water for at least 15 minutes, and immediately contact your local Poison Control Center at (800) 222-1222.

5. BATTERY SAFETY & DEVICE WARNINGS

BATTERY INSTALLATION & USE

  • ✓Always verify the correct direction and polarity of battery(ies) before inserting them into your device.
  • ✕Never replace the cover or tighten contacts without first confirming that battery(ies) are installed correctly.
  • ✕Never use an atomizer with a floating or inverted 510 contact on a hybrid mod. This includes, but is not limited to, most tanks and some RDAs and RBAs. If you have any doubt, do not use the atomizer.

BATTERY STORAGE & CHARGING

  • ✓Always store batteries in a protective, non-conductive case, away from high heat, direct sunlight, cold temperatures, humidity, and water.
  • ✕Never store Li-ion or LiMn batteries in your pockets without a proper storage case.
  • ✓Use only safe chargers, such as those supplied or sold by Oasis Smoke Shop. Third-party chargers may be hazardous.
  • ✕Never leave charging devices plugged into computers, laptops, or wall units when not in use.
  • ✕Never charge devices unattended, overnight, or in a vehicle.
  • ✓Charge on fire-resistant surfaces, away from flammable materials including wood floors and carpets. Always have a fire extinguisher accessible.

BATTERY CONDITION & REPLACEMENT

  • ✕Never disassemble or tamper with batteries in any way.
  • ✕Do not use batteries that appear damaged, dented, bulging, or have torn, scratched, or peeling wraps. Discontinue use until the battery can be re-wrapped or replaced.
  • ✕Do not mix new and used batteries, or batteries of different brands.
  • ✓Batteries wear out. If your batteries no longer hold a charge as they once did, replace them immediately.
  • ✓Always use a surge protector when charging.

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY WARNING

There are serious dangers associated with handling Li-ion and LiMn batteries regardless of what you may have heard from others. Misuse of or tampering with lithium-ion battery technology may result in fire or explosion. Use at your own risk. Lithium-ion batteries are volatile. They may burn or explode with improper use. Overuse of vaping devices may cause overheating, malfunction, burns, or injury. Injury or death can occur.

IF A BATTERY BEGINS TO SWELL, SMOKE, OR OVERHEAT

Immediately disconnect power from the home or office circuit breaker. If a circuit breaker is unavailable, disconnect from the outlet. Do not approach the battery for at least 2 hours. Ensure the room is ventilated. Do not throw batteries into fire. Should a child or pet swallow or chew on a battery, immediately consult a physician and/or call your local Poison Control Center at (800) 222-1222.
